"Object base" makes a feature segmentation and classes correctly.

Easy to check the result, Original[left], Segmentation[center] and Classification[right]
You can save "Segmentation" for "Shape file" and "Classification" for "Tiff/GeoTiff" with coordinates.
 

It can be used in 265MB RAM PC.
