Our phone-in support is a contract service which allows you direct contact with our technical team to ask questions about using Visilog products, installing software, or configuring a new system. Our technical support is a contract service which allows you direct contact with our application development department to study the feasibility of a project, ask questions about methods of processing and analyzing images, and to get help in programming new applications. Technical support is accessible either by phone or email, during normal business days, from 9 am to 5 pm. Contracts are for a 12-month period. Noesis also offers an on-site consultation service, which provides the expertise of a Noesis engineer for all types of situations, such as: exporting macros, developing dedicated applications, restoring systems, etc. Noesis also provides OEMs with support for product specifications and implementation. |
