This pack provides to the amira user additional tools for advanced task such as automated segmentation/thresholding, object separation, and individual or statistics measurements for tissue or material analysis. The wide range of 3D tools can be used together with the all posibilities of Visilog (VBA scripting, Resultviewer, grabber, ..). Identified objects in the image can be interactively highlighted along with corresponding measurements in a spreadsheet. The 3D module also supports scripting for automating routine tasks.
